Karl P. Meier is from Chicago, a a techno artist who looks to the future while being influenced by the music of the past, exploring the grey area between the physical and the cerebral and focusing on dynamism, subversion, and recontextualization. His current current project is a collaboration with Jonathan “Stave” Krohn under the name Talker, appearing on the esteemed Downwards imprint. Krohn’s highest solo profile release to date is the After The Social EP for Shapednoise’s Repitch Recordings.
