The Ghost Wolves & Pornscars

Guitarist & vocalist Carley Wolf grew up with a pack of wolf-hybrid dogs on a Texas hill country ranch. When she met drummer Jonny Wolf in 2011 and they started making music together, they named their band The Ghost Wolves as a way of remembering the beloved animals from her family who had passed on to the next life.

Blending blues, rock n' roll, punk and early American music with modern forms, the Austin based duo has earned a reputation as one of the hardest working bands in the current music underground, touring internationally for almost 6 years straight, with nearly 1000 shows between them in 23+ countries including most of western Europe, Scandinavia, the USA, the U.K. and Japan. The Ghost Wolves have opened lengthy tours for Alejandro Escovedo, The 69 Eyes, All Them Witches, and Drivin' N' Cryin. Their music has been featured in film and TV by Netflix, HBO, Showtime, MTV and other networks, and they currently have a line of clothes in 40+ stores throughout Asia via fashion label Hysteric Glamour.

They released two EPs before signing to Nashville’s Plowboy Records in 2014 and releasing the album, "Man,Woman, Beast". Their second album Texas Platinum was released in 2017 in the US and in Germany by Berlin based label Hound Gawd! Records.

The Ghost Wolves are currently recording their third record with producer Rob Fraboni (Bob Dylan, The Band, The Rolling Stones).
